MARIE-HELEN SCHEID

DESIGNER

Freelance designer (Diploma) with experience in creating, designing and organising the successful implementation of temporary exhibitions in Southeast Asia dealing with conservation, cultural heritage, history and archeology.

Being most interested in science communication, I work at the interface between design and science, trying to impart specialist knowledge and doing public relations for science by developing exhibitions, presentations and communication media.

I am proficient at project coordination, intercultural teamwork, in financial matters and nurturing successful relationships with clients, colleagues, scientists and other stakeholders.

Design services also include developing Design Concepts (research, user-centered design, design thinking etc.) and Graphic Design (Corporate identity, stationary, logos, brochures, magazines etc.).

As a qualified Management Assistant in Audiovisual Media who has worked both as a project coordinator for commercial films (e.g. Formula 1 / Toyota Motorsport) and as an assistant camera and sound technician for various film projects, I can offer creative, business and technical expertise.

Dr. Rudolf Kuper / Projektleiter DFG-Forschungsunternehmen „Wadi Sura - The Cave of Beasts“, Felsbildmalereien in der Libyschen Wüste
